Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
